Over a six-month period, we provided comprehensive social media management and coaching to podcast hosts seeking to grow their listener base. We developed a targeted strategy focusing on Tiktok due to its rapid reach and engagement potential. By centering their brand around the hosts themselves, we created authentic, personal content that resonated with their target audience. Through regular meetings, we taught them the basics of TikTok and best practices such as effective posting, creating engaging content, and using popular trends while also offering ongoing strategy adjustments. THE WESTERN NEW YORK LAW CENTER
For this nonprofit's redesign, we focused on clearly communicating their work and impact to two key audiences: potential funders and low-income clients with low literacy levels. We simplified legal jargon into easily digestible text, complemented by supportive images, to make the information accessible to all visitors. Additionally, we enhanced their brand identity by developing mission and vision statements, core values, and the foundations of a brand kit. The website was designed to be professional yet approachable, featuring simple navigation, consistent use of colors and fonts, and clear custom graphics showcasing their community impact, with prominent donation links to facilitate contributions.

For the Niagara Area Habitat for Humanity, we executed a website redesign aimed at attracting new, potential volunteers, particularly retirees with more time to give. The revamped site features a clean, user-friendly design with large, readable text and easy navigation to encourage volunteer sign-ups. Embracing bright, brand-aligned colors and modern, engaging photos, the site highlights the rewarding experience of volunteering and the significant impact on local families. We redesigned the website for the Buffalo Niagara Community Reinvestment Coalition (BNCRC) with a focus on branding and organizing their previously complex and fragmented information. We helped distill their mission into a clear and compelling elevator pitch, making their work more understandable and accessible. The new site effectively communicates their impact to the public, attracts potential partners and donors, and includes a secure member portal for updates and news. By clarifying their messaging and streamlining their content, we have significantly enhanced BNCRC’s ability to raise awareness and drive community reinvestment.
